Holiday properties suitable for families and couples
The owners of Sanderling wish to ensure their visitors a happy and enjoyable holiday and suggest guests take out liability & general holiday insurance
Sanderling house and studio may be hired solely for holiday occupancy. The owners of Sanderling reserve the right to terminate the occupancy whether held under agreement or otherwise, where in their opinion the property conditions are not being observed.
Booking
A telephone booking will reserve the property for three days subject to receiving a 25% deposit and completed booking form. Once accepted a contract will exist.
The balance of payment plus a security deposit of £60.00 (refundable) should reach us no later than 56 days before arrival. The due date will be written on the booking form and the balance receipt forwarded to you at confirmation of booking. No further reminders will be issued.
Failure to remit the balance of payment by the due date reserves the owners right to cancel the holiday and retain the deposit. We would endeavour to re-let the cancelled booking but where this is not possible full payment will be reclaimed.
Security deposit
The deposit will be returned two weeks after the holiday in full except where deductions for excess cleaning, damage, breakages or loss of keys occur. The owners reserve the right to pursue for any damages not covered by the deposit.
The hirer
- Is obliged to allow only the persons named on the booking form to stay at the property.
- To adhere to the strictly NO SMOKING & NO PETS policy operated at the property.
- Shall ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition, utensils and equipment to be cleaned.
- Shall ensure that rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
- Shall behave in a manner not to cause nuisance or offence to any neighbours and adjoining properties.
